- Please make sure to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to departure to do the check-in
- Boarding begins 30 minutes prior to departure

Getting to the dock:
- Ramp access between the Hornblower Ticket Booth and Rio City Cafe (the steepness of the ramp varies by season and water level)
- Stairs access located to the right of Rio City Cafe
- Elevator access located at the Delta King (please note that the supplier does not operate this elevator and cannot guarantee its operation)
