Before you buy

- Youth aged 16-17 may ride without an adult, provided their guardian signs a consent form

On-site usage
- Present your smartphone ticket on-site
- Arrive 30-45 minutes before your scheduled time to complete registration, sign a participation agreement, and attend the mandatory safety orientation
- At the dock, you will be provided with a poncho and a life jacket
- Wear water-friendly shoes; flip-flops are not permitted

After your visit
- Wet Jet: You’ll get completely wet, so bring a full change of clothes and towels. Cameras are not allowed.
- All guests must complete and sign a participation agreement onsite, or download it here and bring it to the venue completed and signed
- A 10% rebooking fee will be applied for rescheduling reservations within 24 hours of your selected trip departure time
