On-site usage

  • Present your smartphone ticket to Chicago Urban Adventure Cruise: 90-minute River and Lake at the dock
  • Bags are checked prior to boarding
  • Departure is at the Southeast corner of the Michigan Avenue Bridge, on the river level. Look out for the black awning at the top of the stairway!
  • Make sure to check in at least 15 minutes before the start of your chosen cruise

After your visit

  • Kids must be removed from strollers prior to boarding
  • Beverages, such as water, soda, wine, and beer, are available for purchase on board
  • No food is sold on board, so you are welcome to bring snacks with you to enjoy during the cruise
