On-site usage
- At Westminster Pier, go directly to boarding point B and show your smartphone ticket to the staff. There is no need to queue at the ticket office
- If you select a return ticket, you’ll need to change boats at Tower Bridge (Butler’s Wharf Pier). You can return straight away on the next available boat (approximately a 10-minute wait) or explore the area and take any later available sailing back to Westminster that day
- A multilingual audio guide is available via the TRS App. Download the app before your visit (link on your voucher)
