- Effective from 1 November onwards, please be informed that for Indian nationals and tourists from the subcontinent, boarding at the Terminal 21 Pier on Rama 3 is recommended
- Please present your ticket with your passport for redemption and exchange the physical ticket at the counter
- Departure pier: ICONSIAM PIER Ticket Counter at ICONSIAM, Pier 1
- Departure pier: ASIATIQUE Pier Ticket Counter at Warehouse No.3
- Departure pier: Terminal 21 Mall (Rama 3) Pier Ticket Counter at G floor, GATE 4
