  • Step 2: Wait for a confirmation email from Prague CoolPass with the instructions
  • Step 3: After you receive confirmation from Prague CoolPass , enter your voucher booking number into the app. If you have purchased multiple passes, you will have the option to download all passes to one mobile device or each one separately to a different mobile device
