On-site usage

  • Arrive at the ticket booth on The Grand Quay at least 30 minutes before the selected departure time to exchange your voucher for a boarding pass
  • Boarding will start approximately 30 minutes before departure time. Boats depart on time, so please plan accordingly
  • Show your boarding pass to the staff aboard the cruise
  • Your selected timeslot is for the guided sightseeing river cruise
  • No reservation is required for AURA. Upon check-in at the ticket booth, you’ll be provided with your voucher for the AURA Experience. You can visit on any date within the remainder of the calendar year.

  • Sightseeing river cruise is approximately 1.5 hours
  • AURA Experience show is 40 minutes and is not guided
  • No alcohol or food can be brought onboard any ship. Snacks will only be tolerated for families
